About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our growing national Talent Acquisition team in a full-time, permanent role.
This role will manage end-to-end recruitment across Adelaide, for early careers talent and professional hires for business services, tax, audit and advisory.
In addition to recruitment, this role will oversee the delivery of early careers student engagement, and learning and development programs.
This is an exceptional opportunity to business partner with our leaders, across attraction, recruitment, employer brand, learning and development, and project delivery.
Day to day, you will:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Adelaide portfolio for both early careers and experienced hires
Partner with people & culture business partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, deliver tailored solutions and exceptional client service
Proactively build talent pools, and engage with talent across key markets
Advise on talent strategies, sourcing techniques, market trends and best practice
Support international recruitment with Global Mobility and visa processes
Represent BDO at university, high school and industry events to attract early careers talent
Coordinate graduate/vacation program activities including inductions, development workshops, and connection events
Facilitate workshops for early career team members, and leaders to enhance capability
Promote BDO’s brand, value proposition, and inclusive culture.
About You
We’re seeking someone who has:
Demonstrated experience in a dedicated talent acquisition role
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate with influence, and work collaboratively
Confidence in managing multiple priorities and recruitment campaigns
Experience proactively sourcing and building talent pools
Experience or interest in diversity & inclusion, employer branding, strategic sourcing, student engagement, and learning and development.
