As Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in accelerating hiring across the U.S. and Canada by proactively sourcing top talent and supporting senior TA leaders. You’ll drive full-cycle recruiting, build ready-now pipelines, and deliver high-quality candidates aligned with business needs.

Reports to: Associate Talent Acquisition Manager, US/Canada Operations

Workplace Type: Hybrid

  • Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers and HRBPs by proactively resolving issues through clear communication and expectation management.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles—from crafting engaging job descriptions and sourcing strategies to managing interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Champion the Ingredion Employment Brand by building trust with candidates and coaching stakeholders to represent the brand effectively.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance in the ATS through consistent usage and timely updates to support reporting and business needs.
  • Expand talent pipelines using social media, career fairs, and networking; initiate outreach and persuasively communicate opportunities to passive candidates.
  • Drive strategic initiatives in Diversity & Inclusion, Candidate Experience, and Talent Acquisition process improvement.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to advise stakeholders and build networks that enhance talent insights and recruiting effectiveness.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Major in business, organizational psychology, or HR preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience recruiting employees at the professional & managerial levels across a full spectrum of functional disciplines. Experience recruiting in finance, audit, procurement and supply chain functions is a plus.
  • Sourcing skills and ability to leverage social media recruiting tools like Linked In for sourcing & recruiting within relevant assigned territories.
  • Experience working with hiring managers and key stakeholder groups and setting expectations for proactively recruiting and delivering talent.
  • Experience with ATS systems (iCIMS, Workday, or similar) & managing requisition loads of 15+.

Who you are: 

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
  • High energy & enthusiasm, with a customer service orientation.
  • AIRS certification as a Professional Recruiter, Diversity Recruiter, and/or CIR a plus.

Pay Range:

$67,520.00-$90,026.67 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
