Position Summary

The Lead Talent Acquisition Associate supports the Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist by coordinating recruitment and pre-hire activities, conducting onboarding for new hires, and ensuring all hiring documentation is complete and accurate in accordance with REACH requirements and state law. This role uses the Paycom ATS to manage candidate workflows and support an efficient, inclusive hiring process.
Minimum Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
•Assist with job posts and maintain job openings using the Paycom ATS and external job boards
•Use the Paycom ATS to track candidates, review applications, monitor workflow, and update candidate statuses throughout the hiring process
•Screen applicants based on established qualifications and hiring criteria for entry-level positions
•Support the pre-hire process, including coordinating background checks, reference checks, fingerprinting, and collecting pre-employment documentation
•Maintain accurate candidate records and communications in the ATS and support compliance with hiring and recordkeeping requirements
•Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment and pre-hire process in a professional and timely manner
•Schedule interviews using the ATS and calendar systems
• Conduct in-person onboarding sessions for new hires
• Prepare onboarding materials and ensure a welcoming and inclusive experience
• Support completion of new hire paperwork and compliance requirements
•Attend and participate in job fairs, recruiting sessions, and community outreach events as available
•Represent REACH’s mission and values to prospective candidates
•Help build and maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline


Minimum Education and Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
•High school diploma or GED required
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
•Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
•Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general workplace technology, including computers and mobile devices
•Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
•Experience with applicant tracking systems, HR support, recruiting coordination, or onboarding processes preferred


Nice to Have
•Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, or HR administrative processes
•Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Paycom
•Experience coordinating interviews, candidate communications, or hiring documentation
•Ability to represent the organization professionally at recruiting and community outreach events

Qualifications
