- Provide an excellent driver/diesel mechanic candidate experience and introduction to Aim
- Work within Tenstreet ATS System to qualify candidates
- Collaborate with a recruitment team that has a Can-Do attitude to recruit the best-in-class talent to Aim
- Excellent customer service/ selling skills with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with management team regarding open jobs
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
- Collaborate with all levels of the management team to coordinate interview, discuss recruiting needs and provide candidate feedback
- Full Time
- Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human resources, Communication, Marketing or related field
- ATS or HRIS systems experience
- Positive attitude with a team player mentality
- Excellent customer service/selling skills
- 1+ years’ experience of high volume recruiting preferably in the transportation industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt/learn various software applications
