Human Resources is looking for an outgoing and motivated individual to assist the HR Department in meeting our goals. Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Assistant will support the Talent Acquisition Lead in managing the full-cycle recruitment process for CSR. This position will assist with sourcing, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Assistant will also collaborate with the HR team and Human Resource Program Liaisons to provide administrative support in all aspects of talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping build a strong team aligned with CSR’s mission.

Primary Responsibilities:

Recruitment support:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Lead with the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members to ensure smooth communication and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates in ADP and other applicant tracking systems, ensuring up-to-date information and compliance.
  • Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment channels.
  • Participate in candidate outreach and follow-up to ensure timely updates throughout the hiring process.

Administrative support:

  • Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, including managing calendars, preparing interview materials, and handling candidate communications.
  • Assist with the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Ensure the Talent Acquisition database is organized and up-to-date with relevant candidate information, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Track recruitment metrics and help prepare reports for the Talent Acquisition Lead and HR team.

Candidate experience:

  • Provide a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and the HR team, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events, such as job fairs and open houses.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and HR team to ensure smooth collaboration across departments and timely recruitment outcomes.
  • Assist with sourcing candidates from multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed, to help develop diverse talent pools.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ADP Recruiter, LinkedIn, and Indeed preferred.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment support role.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., ADP) is a plus.
  • Interest in talent acquisition, human resources, or related fields.
