Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition and Training Specialist plays a critical role in sourcing, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates to support Wisconsin Management Companyβs property portfolio. This position is also responsible for leading organization-wide onboarding and training initiatives, including the development of training plans and facilitation of New Employee Orientation (NEO). Additionally, this role supports the Human Resources Director with employee relations matters and broader HR initiatives.
