Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition and Team Building Specialist for our Corporate Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position reports directly to the Corporate HR Manager located in Bloomington, Indiana.

The Talent Acquisition and Team Building Specialist is responsible for leading recruitment efforts while also designing and implementing initiatives that enhance team dynamics, employee engagement, and workplace culture.
