We are seeking a Global Recruiter to lead and manage international recruitment efforts across multiple regions. This role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Our Global Recruiter will partner closely with business leaders, people & culture, and hiring managers to identify hiring needs, attract top global talent, and contribute to workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.

What you’ll need to succeed: 

Behaviors & Core Competencies 

  • Global Talent Strategy: Develop and implement international recruiting strategies tailored to different markets and regions and work on creating a strong talent pipeline. 
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for global roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global hiring managers and People & Culture partners to define job requirements, understand talent needs, and support headcount planning and workforce alignment across regions. 
  • Sourcing & Outreach: Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, university partnerships, and employee referrals. 
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. 
  • Onboarding: Own the onboarding experience which includes new hire document completion through our HRIS system, work with hiring managers on developing 30-60-90-day plans and completing new hire surveys. 
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline stats, quality of hire) and provide regular updates to leadership. 
  • Compliance: Maintain knowledge of international labor laws and hiring regulations to ensure compliant hiring practices in each region. 
  • Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality by managing sensitive employee and organizational information with integrity, discretion, and compliance with legal and company policies 
  • Team Player: Participate in People & Culture initiatives and identify areas to streamline processes and improve efficiency. 

 

Minimum Requirements 

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field 
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a global or regional talent acquisition role. 
  • Proven track record of hiring across multiple countries and functions (e.g., tech, engineering, operations, sales, supply chain). 
  • English Language – advanced level (oral and written) 
  • Proficient in using Office 365 Tools 
  • Proficient use of ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor and Indeed 
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws and compliance requirements 
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism 
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization 
  • Ability to work across time zones and cultures 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Familiarity with HRIS Software experience such as BambooHR, Workday, PandaDoc, etc.  
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus
    AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter, SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent preferred 
  • Add in something about technical recruiting experience
