As a Talent Acquisition and People Coordinator, you’ll be part of our Talent acquisition team, helping to recruit across the business, involved in all levels of recruitment from advertising, screening and interviewing candidates, through to generating offers and paperwork. You will also be supporting the business partnering team and be one of the first points of contact for queries and support across the business. You’ll help manage the People team inbox and assist with a wide range of People processes across employee relations, talent and our systems (Bob HRIS and Greenhouse ATS). You’ll play a key role in ensuring our employees and potential employees have a great experience throughout their time with us while working closely with the broader People team on various projects and initiatives, including in-person office support for our London HQ in Farringdon.

Your responsibilities
Recruitment
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration – managing job postings, candidate scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Support hiring managers by preparing interview packs and scorecards
- Manage tracking systems, including the ATS (Greenhouse), internal spread sheets and HRIS (HiBob) – ensuring accurate data entry, status updates, and reporting.
- Screen CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates for initial review.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and interviews (email/phone/LinkedIn) to engage and qualify talent.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and smooth coordination throughout the process.
Employee Relations
- Respond to employee queries via the People team inbox, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
- Support with the planning and coordination of employee relations activities, including scheduling capability, disciplinary, and grievance meetings in line with company policies.
- Coordinate and assist with onboarding and exit processes, distributing paperwork, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., equipment returns).
- Maintain accurate and secure records of People activities, including employee files and documentation.
- Create and share letters for employee changes or adjustments during their lifecycle.
- Support the People Platforms Partner with reference checks and right to work checks on our app, Zinc.
Workspace
- You'll be one of the points of contact in Farringdon for our employees, visitors and contractors, managing all office-related queries for the workspace.
- Support the smooth running of the Farringdon office on a day-to-day basis.
- Support the Monitoring, ordering and organising weekly food and drink orders, stationery, office merchandise
Your skills and experience
- Previous experience in a recruitment role, working in a People or HR team would be beneficial.
- You’re used to working in a role and team where confidentiality and discretion will be key to your success.
- You are adept with MS Office and capable of writing and copy-checking letters with minimal supervision.
- A customer-first mindset, with a drive to deliver a positive employee experience.
- Proficiency using SaaS platforms (e.g., Bob, Culture Amp, Greenhouse).
- Basic knowledge of UK employment law and its application to day-to-day People activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to share information clearly and concisely.
