The Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist will focus primarily on student retention and the professional development of students within the Institute for Cybersecurity ( ICS ) at Marshall University. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that ensure student success, development, and long-term engagement with the cybersecurity programs. The Specialist will collaborate with faculty, staff, industry partners, and alumni to foster an enriching student experience that supports career growth, enhances retention, and strengthens Marshall’s reputation in the cybersecurity field.
