Your Role in Our Mission 

This career opportunity will partner with hiring managers to hone in on the much-needed qualifications per vacant opportunity. You will be responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting of Direct Support Professionals, Qualified Professionals, and other requisitions as needed. This position is a hybrid position reporting to our Charlotte/Concord office with intermittent travel to headquarters in Raleigh and within the western region of North Carolina to support the needs of our home and community based services.

Compensation & Benefits 

• Competitive salary: $60,000 annual salary for this full-time, exempt position

What We’re Looking For 

To join our team, you must be adept at passive sourcing, have experience providing an engaging candidate experience, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment where you work smart, build relationships, and continue the ongoing growth of the organization. We also require:

• Minimum of 2 years related experience
• Behavioral Health or Healthcare recruiting background is required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources is preferred
