The Opportunity We’re looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Advisors to join our team in full-time temporary roles, ideally starting immediately, with end dates ranging from December 2025 to June 2026 As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll work in an agile environment managing a variety of recruitment requests - from bespoke and project-based hiring to large-scale campaigns - within a broader portfolio team. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to proactively recruit both passive and active talent, contributing to the Department’s talent roadmap across multiple divisions. This role involves delivering exceptional recruitment advice, outstanding candidate care, and strong client engagement to secure top talent across a wide range of roles and levels.
