At the heart of our Talent Acquisition Team, we are a group of people who genuinely enjoy what we do. We work closely together, move quickly, and bring a lot of energy to finding the right people for the right roles. If you’re a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment specialist who cares about candidate experience, builds strong relationships, and enjoys the challenge of finding great talent, you’ll fit right in.

We’re looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Advisors to help us attract and hire great people across a wide range of teams. You’ll have the space to try new ideas, improve how we do things, and make a real difference in the way we hire. It’s a supportive, down-to-earth team where your voice is heard, your work matters, and no two days look the same.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking experienced Talent Acquisition Advisors who want to do more than just fill roles. You’ll be part of a team that partners closely with the business, works across a variety of hiring needs (from niche roles to large-scale campaigns), and genuinely influences how we attract and hire talent.

Day to day, you’ll work side by side with hiring managers - not just taking briefs, but challenging thinking, spotting opportunities, and proactively finding great people (not just the ones applying). Whether it’s tapping into passive talent, shaping hiring approaches, or running targeted campaigns, you’ll play a key role in how we build capability across multiple teams.

You’ll be trusted to deliver a great experience on both sides - giving honest, practical advice to stakeholders and making sure candidates feel informed, supported, and valued throughout the process. We’re looking for someone who’s adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable figuring things out as they go. Someone who enjoys the mix of strategy and delivery, and isn’t afraid to try a different approach when it gets better results.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver end to end talent acquisition services in line with best practice, legislation and Public Service Commission guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance and documentation requirements in line with policy requirements
  • Advise and drive talent sourcing strategies to attract top talent and meet tight project deadlines.
  • Coach managers on best practice approaches and talent management strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and influence hiring managers and decision makers at different levels
  • Interpret in-depth recruitment and industry reports to offer valuable insights and data-driven suggestions aimed at enhancing the decision-making process in recruitment
  • Be a supportive mentor to Talent Acquisition Assistant Advisors and trainees

What You’ll Bring

You’re a recruiter who genuinely enjoys the work - not just filling roles, but finding the right people in smarter ways.

You’ve managed end-to-end recruitment and know how to balance pace with quality. Whether you come from agency or in-house, you’re confident working across different types of hiring and can adapt your approach to suit.

You think beyond the brief. You’re curious, proactive, and not afraid to try something different to get better outcomes - especially when it comes to engaging passive talent.

You build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and handle challenges head-on. Most importantly, you care about the experience you create for both candidates and hiring managers.
