The Opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a critical role in shaping CPP’s future by attracting and securing the people who deliver Australia’s renewable energy and infrastructure transformation. This is not a transactional recruitment role — it is a genuine advisory opportunity where you will partner closely with senior leaders, influence hiring decisions, and help build high‑performing teams across the business.
You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of technical, professional, and leadership roles, supporting major projects and greenfield growth initiatives nationwide. Working as part of a collaborative, high‑performing Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to proactive sourcing strategies and continuous improvement initiatives that elevate candidate and hiring manager experience.
CPP’s Talent Acquisition function is well‑resourced and trusted by the business. You will have access to best‑in‑class tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights, clear recruitment governance, and dedicated coordination support to manage pre‑employment processes — allowing you to focus on quality hiring, stakeholder engagement, and market intelligence.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- A passion for recruitment and a strong understanding of best practice recruitment and selection
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across various levels
- Tech-savviness and experience with candidate management systems and online recruitment tools
- A track record of developing tailored recruitment strategies
- Ability to actively source talent and build pipelines
- Excellent time management and organisation, with the ability to juggle multiple job vacancies
