Operating for 75 years, our expertise spans the building, construction, and infrastructure sectors.   We support our clients with an award-winning team of specialists in portfolio and program advisory, quantity surveying and cost management, commercial and financial advisory, carbon and sustainability, and asset and facilities management.   With a global footprint covering Australia, New Zealand, Asia, India, Middle East, North America, Africa, the UK and Europe, our clients can tap into the collective thinking of over 2,000 of the best people in the industry, operating from over 70 offices.   Job Description   At a time when WT continues to grow, the Talent Acquisition Administrator will play a vital role in helping support the Talent Acquisition Partner in delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes across the country and help ensure a smooth, engaging, and values-led experience at every stage of the hiring process.   You’ll also play a key role in embedding our new recruitment platform, Dayforce, into the business, becoming a go-to expert for hiring managers and helping drive efficiency and consistency across our processes.   Note, this role is part-time and can be 3, 4 or a 5-day week with adjusted hours (10am – 4pm).   This role is responsible for:   Assisting in the management of the end-to-end recruitment processes using our HRIS platform, from creating job adverts through to contract creation Work closely with the Talent Partner to understand business needs and provide trusted advice on sourcing and candidate experience Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and facilitate pre-employment checks Provide timely feedback to candidates and uphold an exceptional candidate experience Collect and verify onboarding documentation, ensuring timely completion for new starters Provide system support and guidance to hiring managers, helping them navigate Dayforce and recruitment tools effectively Respond to recruitment queries via inbox and phone with warmth, clarity, and urgency Use Seek and LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively attract top talent and build long-term pipelines Ensure compliance and seamless data integration for all new hires Support TA projects such as university career days, sourcing & attraction campaigns, talent pools Partner with the team to identify and drive process improvements in how we recruit and onboard talent Champion the WT values and deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every step   Qualifications   This role will suit someone with drive and initiative, excellent administration and people skills with:   Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline (non-essential) 1–2 years’ experience in a recruitment support, coordination, or advisory role Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience supporting graduate or early-career recruitment Interest or experience in employer branding or diversity hiring initiatives   Additional Information   At WT, in addition to your competitive salary, we offer many perks including:   Bi-annual bonus scheme Wellbeing days- time to focus on your wellbeing and the community WT’s balanced way of working When you're working from the office, you'll be in a stunning riverside office in Southbank which supports flexible and activity-based working in a prime location with amazing views   If you thrive being the centre of a friendly team and you're keen to advance and broaden your career, then this could be a great opportunity for you.
