Imagine using your experience to help people around the world hear again! Cochlear is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic university student to join on a casual basis (around 3 days per week) as a Talent Acquisition Intern.
This is a paid internship opportunity for an undergraduate University Student to join our People & Culture team, based in our global headquarters in Macquarie University. We also offer flexible working arrangement. This is a fantastic role which will develop your business acumen whilst working in a global business environment. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will provide high quality support throughout the entirety of the recruitment process – from supporting the recruitment strategy to onboarding new employees! You will also be involved in exciting projects across other areas of the People & Culture department.
This is a brilliant opportunity to build strong working relationships, with the potential for an eventual pathway into supporting other processes within the employee life-cycle.
