The Talent Acquisition Administrator will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team. This position is responsible for the efficient and accurate completion of administrative tasks in a variety of systems.Â

- M-F (8am-5pm)
- This role is approved through the end of August
Responsibilities
- Â Support Talent Acquisition Team in administrative duties throughout recruitment processÂ
- Â Provide administrative assistance to teammates during peak seasonsÂ
- Â Track and record progress of candidates through recruitment processÂ
- Â Send, receive and act on communications with candidates to support candidate progressionÂ
- Â Collect necessary documentation to place internal and external candidatesÂ
- Â Assist applicants with basic troubleshooting of job board and application processÂ
- Â Represent the YMCA at community events, such as job fairs, tabling and other candidate engagement eventsÂ
- Strong customer service skillsÂ
- Ability to manage multiple daily tasks for timely completionÂ
- Ability to work autonomously in a proactive manner with minimal supervisionÂ
- Attention to detail with minimal errors in record keeping ensuring accurate dataÂ
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GEDÂ
- 6+ months' of administrative experience preferredÂ
- Experience with Microsoft Office Excel
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems preferred
- Licensing, state law and our government funders require that staff within YMCA of San Diego County be fingerprinted, prior to reporting to work, and include subsequent arrest notificationsÂ

CPR and First Aid Certification (must include adult, infant & child) within 30 days of hire and must be from one of the following certifying organizations:Â
- American Red CrossÂ
- American Heart AssociationÂ
- American Safety & Health Institute
