The Talent Acquisition Partner runs a full-cycle recruitment desk, supporting the goals of the Talent Acquisition department by maintaining a high volume of candidate interaction, screening, and scheduling. As a first line candidate sourcer and screener, the individual in this role will provide creative solutions to staffing shortages and apply industry knowledge to our high-volume recruitment process.Â

Responsibilities
- High and heavy volume outbound communications to mostly warm leads (applicants)Â
- Lead full cycle recruitment for a group of high-volume, entry-level positions, from posting to selection and onboardingÂ
- Use social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidatesÂ
- Interact with professionals on niche platformsÂ
- Review online resumes to pre-screen candidatesÂ
- Track candidate data on a daily basis within applicant tracking system, make suggestions to improve tracking methodsÂ
- Understand and capitalize on various sourcing strategies for high turnover, part time positionsÂ
- Research and make suggestions for new avenues of sourcing for hard to fill, high volume rolesÂ
- Communicate regularly with candidates and hiring managersÂ
- Maintain an excellent candidate experience with responsiveness and follow throughÂ
- Ask for referrals from internal and external networksÂ
- Contact past applicants for new job opportunitiesÂ
- Proactively source potential hires for recurring, high volume positionsÂ
- Provide weekly metrics for data tracking purposesÂ
- Develop a strong pipeline of entry level candidates and nurture candidate relationships through effective communications and attraction strategiesÂ
- Offer suggestions for high volume process improvement based on full cycle recruitment model Â
- Proactively anticipate hiring needs for multiple departments and branches, monitor hiring decisions and track onboarding numbers Â
- Engage community partners and build new relationships to further Talent Acquisition goalsÂ
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Must have access to reliable transportation to travel regularly throughout San Diego CountyÂ

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree requiredÂ
- 3+ years' of experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment, managing a full deskÂ
- Experience suggesting and implementing creative sourcing strategies for high volume recruitingÂ
- Experience working with metrics-driven results and comfortable being held accountable for high level recruitment metricsÂ
- Experience developing and fostering a strong candidate pipelineÂ
- 5+ years' of sales or customer service experienceÂ
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), iCIMS preferredÂ
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency to achieve goalsÂ
- Strong attention to detail with minimal errors in data entryÂ
- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databasesÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)Â
- Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to handle various requisitions simultaneouslyÂ
- Strong collaborator and team playerÂ
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks for timely completionÂ
- Passionate about creating great experiences for our candidates and hiring managersÂ
- Outside the box thinker with knowledge of unique strategies for high volume recruitment, attracting and retaining entry level candidates
PRE-HIRE CONTINGENCIES:
- Licensing, state law and our funders require that applicants be fingerprinted, prior to reporting to work, and include subsequent arrest notifications Â
- CPR/AED, and First Aid Certification, must include Adult and Child/Infant, within 30 days of hire, and must be from one of the following certifying organizations: American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or American Safety and Health Institute Â
