In the TA Administrator role, you will contribute to the companyās commitment to serve others by ensuring an efficient process and creating a positive candidate/new hire experience.
Utilize the applicant tracking system to post all open positions for an operating group on company and external websites to attract qualified applicantsĀ
Manage job postings on all external posting sites, using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) best practices and established processesĀ
Communicate required next steps with candidates and forward offer letters to the candidatesĀ
Complete pre-employment requirements respective to operating group, state, and funding regulationsĀ
Work closely with Talent Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a quality candidate experience and onboarding processĀ
Proactively seek to maintain candidate engagement throughout the processĀ
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree strongly preferredĀ
Minimum 1 year of related recruitment experience preferredĀ
Experience with applicant tracking software and online recruitment strategies preferredĀ
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detailĀ
Excellent communication skills with ability to quickly build rapport with othersĀ
