DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Assist with posting job openings in the Applicant Tracking System
- Schedule interviews and communicate details to candidates and hiring teams
- Prepare and send template offer letters
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation logistics (e.g., preparing packets, checklists)
- Maintain and update ATS records to ensure data accuracy
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Participate in special HR or recruiting projects (e.g., job fairs, campus events)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Butler University student (sophomore level or higher preferred)
- Interest in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior administrative or customer service experience (campus job, volunteer role, etc.)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint)
- Interest in pursuing a career in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition
