As Student Assistant in Talent Acquisition, you will join Bang & Olufsen’s People & Culture department, supporting our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. Based in Struer, Denmark, you will be part of an international, collaborative team where you will gain hands-on experience with recruitment processes and talent attraction activities across all our functions and global offices.
This position is only open to students who are a full-time student at a Danish university whilst employed.

You will become part of a small, collaborative TA team of 5 people based in the UK, Struer, Lyngby, and Sofia. We value knowledge sharing, teamwork, and continuous improvement. TA is part of the wider People & Culture function, which includes 20+ colleagues across Struer and Lyngby. You will work closely with managers at all levels, supporting them in hiring the best talent for Bang & Olufsen.

Compensation: Hourly rate
Work Hours: 15-20 hours a week
Location: Struer, Denmark (hybrid flexibility)

Travel: Approx. 5%
