How you will make an impact
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will step into a role where your impact is felt across three dimensions. First and foremost, you will be a partner to the business, spending close to half your time working alongside leaders and hiring managers, challenging and guiding them to make the right talent decisions. You will ensure that every recruitment is not just about filling a vacancy, but about strengthening our business for the future.
Equally important, you will dedicate much of your time to running smooth and professional recruitment processes. From shaping the role and defining the candidate profile, to sourcing and engaging with potential candidates, managing interviews and assessments, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, you will handle each process with professionalism and care.
And finally, you will contribute to shaping the future of Talent Acquisition at Arla. Around one-fifth of your time will be devoted to projects that push our practice forward – from exploring the use of AI and new digital tools, to driving initiatives in Diversity & Inclusion, building stronger talent relations, and developing attraction strategies that ensure Arla continues to be seen as a modern, innovative and attractive workplace.

Your key responsibilities
Your day-to-day will be defined by close collaboration with hiring managers and colleagues across the business. You will advise leaders on how best to define and position their roles, and you will ensure that each recruitment process runs smoothly from start to finish. At the same time, you will be actively nurturing talent pipelines, building networks, and strengthening Arla’s reputation as a great place to work.
Beyond the operational, you will play a key role in projects that expand and modernise how we do Talent Acquisition. Whether it is testing new assessment tools, strengthening our employer branding, or driving D&I initiatives, you will have the opportunity to help shape a future-ready TA function that continues to add value to Arla’s growth journey.
What will make you successful
We imagine that you bring solid TA experience, ideally from either in-house or agency roles, and that you combine this with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to build trust at all levels of the organisation. You are confident when sourcing and engaging talent, fluent in using platforms such as LinkedIn, and curious about new trends and technologies that can enhance the way we work.
To succeed in this role, you will also need to manage multiple priorities, balancing operational delivery with project contributions, while always keeping candidate experience and stakeholder value at the centre of your work. Experience with psychometric testing is an advantage, and fluency in English is essential.
