Location: Onsite – Koher, WI Opportunity The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator oversees all aspects of candidate coordination, ensuring seamless recruitment, preboarding, and onboarding processes for new associates at Kohler Company. This position manages requisition-related activities for our frontline associate population in hospitality. This includes, but is not limited to, interview scheduling, offer letter distribution, pre-employment scheduling and overall candidate experience. The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a seasoned professional that builds relationships and collaborates closely with key stakeholders, including Recruiting, HR teams, and hiring leaders. The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator is part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Center of Excellence (COE) and reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations. Specific Responsibilities
