Job Summary:
Hands-on role responsible for planning, developing, and executing full cycle recruiting and onboarding programs. Serve as the subject matter expert and central point of contact for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes. Ensures a seamless and engaging new hire experience while tracking key recruitment and onboarding metrics. Responsible for delivering hiring outcomes, providing recruitment analytics, and continuously improving candidate experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or four or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
