Client: Our Client
Position: Sr. Manager / Director of Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:
Our Client is searching for a high-energy Talent Acquisition leader who can bring structure, speed, and clarity to a rapidly scaling SaaS environment. You’ll lead a growing recruiting team, modernize processes, and partner across the company to power their next phase of growth.

About Our Client:
Our Client is a fast-moving technology company delivering impactful, modern software. The culture is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and driven — and attracting exceptional talent is essential to their momentum. They need a TA leader who loves building, optimizing, and elevating.

About the Role:
The Sr. Manager / Director of Talent Acquisition will lead a 7-person recruiting team (scaling to ~10) and own the evolution of the entire TA function. This role blends leadership, TA operational excellence, and selective hands-on recruiting. You’ll design scalable processes, sharpen prioritization, strengthen hiring manager partnerships, and raise the standard for how the organization hires across all functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • ·       Lead, develop, and energize a recruiting team of 7, with ongoing expansion expected
  • Drive clear prioritization across roles, bandwidth, and business objectives.
  • Run strategic, high-value intake conversations that define true role success
  • Build consistent, scalable hiring processes, frameworks, and candidate evaluation tools.
  • Partner with leaders across all departments to drive aligned, high-quality hiring.
  • Own TA operations, including reporting, data visibility, funnel optimization, and ATS performance.
  • Reduce agency reliance by strengthening internal capability and process discipline
  • Create an excellent hiring manager experience rooted in clarity, speed, and trust.

Qualifications:

  • ·       10–15+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally including high-growth SaaS.
  • Experience managing a 5–10+ person recruiting team.
  • ·       Strong cross-functional partnership and influence skills.
  • ·       Deep experience with TA operations, process design, and scalable hiring systems.
  • ·       Willing to stay hands-on when needed to drive key searches forward.
  • ·       Style: strategic, diplomatic, direct, credible — someone who elevates the function and the team.
  • ·       Preferred candidates based in Los Angeles or Raleigh (hybrid options available).
