GenesisCare is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month maximum term contract, supporting end-to-end recruitment for both clinical and corporate functions.

 

This is a high-volume, highly transactional role, ideal for a hands-on recruiter who enjoys managing multiple roles, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering results at pace, as part of a supportive and collaborative TA team and wider People and Culture Team.

 

We welcome applications from candidates located in NSW, WA, SA and VIC, and offer flexible work arrangements.

 

More specifically you will:

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a high-volume corporate portfolio.

  • Partner closely with hiring leaders and P&C Business Partners to understand workforce needs.

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for each role.

  • Proactively source candidates using multiple channels, minimising agency reliance.

  • Manage talent pipelines, candidate care and recruitment metrics.

  • Guide and coach hiring leaders through best-practice recruitment processes.

  • Manage agency relationships and ensure PSA compliance.

  • Support recruitment projects that improve attraction strategies and hiring outcomes.

  • Partner with HR Operations to ensure seamless onboarding.

  • Provide portfolio cover and support across the TA team as required.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in in-house talent acquisition or strategic sourcing, ideally in a fast-paced or growth environment.

  • Strong direct sourcing capability using multi-channel techniques.

  • Confidence managing high recruitment volumes and competing priorities.

  • Solid understanding of local labour markets and sourcing channels.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Previous experience using Workday (highly desired, not essential)

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Visa process associated with new hires.

  • Sound knowledge of recruitment legislation, policy and best practice.

  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a remote team environment.

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable).
