Our client, a leading insurance carrier, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team and lead recruitment efforts for top-tier insurance professionals. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and securing exceptional talent across various departments within the organization. This person will partner with hiring managers to develop strategic recruitment initiatives, ensuring the acquisition of high-caliber candidates who align with our company’s goals and values. This hybrid role allows flexibility to work from home and collaborate in person at any of their regional offices.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to meet organizational goals.
  • Proactively source top talent for specialized roles, including claims, underwriting, risk management, and leadership positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from the initial contact to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, workforce planning, and candidate profiles.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on best practices for interviews and selection.
  • Champion DEI initiatives by attracting diverse talent and fostering an inclusive recruitment process.
  • Work closely with leadership to integrate DEI goals into talent acquisition strategies.
  • Promote the organization’s brand by representing the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
 
Qualifications
  • 7 - 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven success in hiring for mid-to-senior-level roles, including technical and niche positions.
  • Strong sourcing abilities using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and industry-specific job boards.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 
Salary/Benefits
