Position Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve as a strategic partner within the Human Resources team, leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across the entire organization. This individual will be responsible for building and executing scalable talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to fill critical roles. The scope of responsibility spans all departments, including Corporate C-level leadership positions, Accounting, iConstruct, iDnA, and iManufacturing. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a central role in shaping Impact Housing’s workforce and strengthening our employer brand in the market.
