VMG Health is seeking to add a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to our growing team! ย The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist contributes to the success of the firm by managing the full life cycle of the recruiting process while serving as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders. This role ensures alignment between hiring execution and the firmโ€™s broader talent strategy.


The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will proactively source, engage, and hire high-caliber talent within a professional services firm.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer development.
  • Recruit for multiple professional services roles, at varying levels.
  • Lead intake meetings to clarify role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on role requirements, recruitment best practices, and candidate selection.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through excellence, high-touch, and responsiveness. Develop and drive sourcing strategies by leveraging social media, job boards, networking, referral programs, and targeted outreach.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity in the ATS, tracking key recruiting metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Build and cultivate talent pipelines for critical roles, support company growth.
  • Represent the firm at job fairs, professional events, and networking engagements to strengthen employer brand visibility.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives by including process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Contribute to the reporting of recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness, guide decision-making, and adjust strategies based on performance indicators.
  • Partner with Chief People Office to forecast hiring needs, prioritize recruitment efforts, and align talent acquisition strategies with workforce planning.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in related field.
  • At least 5 years of recruitment experience; professional services or healthcare consultancy experience required.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load.
  • Highly motivated professional with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated track record of execution and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-past, growth-oriented company.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and technology, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing techniques.
