Purpose:
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who is ready to roll up their sleeves and drive high-impact recruiting efforts across both technical and non-technical functions—from hourly frontline roles to executive leadership.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that partners closely with Hiring Managers, C-Suite Executive Leaders, and cross-functional teams to bring top talent into the organization. Location Requirements: This position will work onsite Monday-Friday out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-boarding
- Deliver a high-touch, consultative partnership to hiring managers with clear, consistent communication and tailored support
- Conduct thorough intake meetings to define role scope, align on process, and provide market insights and strategic recommendations
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies
- Maintain strong candidate engagement through timely communication and transparency at every stage of the hiring process
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure all stakeholders are prepared with relevant materials and aligned evaluation criteria
- Keep candidate records and process updates accurate and up-to-date in the ATS for clear visibility and reporting
- Provide thoughtful feedback and challenge hiring decisions when appropriate to ensure quality and alignment
- Share clear weekly status updates with hiring managers, including pipeline health, obstacles, and next-step strategies
- Partner closely with People Ops and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience from recruitment through onboarding
- Build and improve scalable recruiting processes, tools, and workflows that support efficiency and consistency
- Lead and support the performance of contract recruiters as needed, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and timelines
