RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own 5โ8 concurrent requisitions end-to-end across multiple business units, launching calibrated searches within 48 hours of intake and delivering 5+ qualified candidates per role within 10 days, with consistent final-round conversion.
- Drive measurable hiring outcomes, filling 6+ roles within 90 days while maintaining 80%+ on-time delivery, strong 90-day retention, and a 60%+ recruiter screen pass-through rate.
- Operate as a strategic hiring partner, leading intake scoping, compensation alignment, scorecard calibration, and stakeholder expectation setting to ensure alignment and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Continuously optimize recruiting performance, using funnel analytics and sourcing metrics to refine search strategy and contributing to process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies grounded in market research and talent mapping, leveraging LinkedIn, social platforms, and other talent sourcing tools to identify and engage high-quality prospective candidates.
