Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Talent team. This is a senior-level recruiting role responsible for leading full-cycle talent acquisition—from proactive sourcing through evaluation and hiring—across advisory, niche, and leadership roles firm-wide. This position plays a critical part in advancing talent strategy by delivering a consistent, high-quality recruitment experience that strengthens the company's brand and reflects their core values.
Key Responsibilities
Advisory Talent Acquisition
- Own full-cycle recruitment for Financial Advisors and Business Development professionals, ensuring rigorous assessment against established success profiles.
- Build strong relationships with regional and national leadership to anticipate hiring needs and market trends.
- Develop sourcing strategies targeting experienced advisors, career changers, and emerging talent.
Executive & Niche Search Leadership
- Lead full-cycle recruitment (sourcing through closing) for executive, director, and highly specialized roles.
- Develop customized search strategies, including market research and competitor intelligence.
- Manage relationships with external search partners and ensure alignment with firm culture and standards.
Training & Strategic Partnering
- Train hiring managers on interview techniques, assessment practices, and effective offer positioning.
- Collaborate with leaders to define role requirements and interview strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely, and transparent communication.
- Partner with Marketing and Talent teams to strengthen the employer brand in niche markets.
- Represent the firm at universities and professional networking forums.
What You Bring:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years owning leadership-level or niche/technical searches.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.

Industry Knowledge: Proven success in professional services or financial services (wealth management experience is highly preferred).

Skills: Strong sourcing capability across national markets using advanced tools; exceptional project management and relationship-building skills.

Attributes: Ability to operate with urgency and maturity in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
What You Can Expect

Salary Range: $85,000 – $105,000 (commensurate with experience and geography).
