Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (SaaS/Tech)

Location: Austin, TX 78759 (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Payrate: 48hr (Weekly pay + medical benefits)

Duration: 6–8 months (excellent potential for extension & permanent)

Hours: Full-time: M-F (2 days onsite, after training can be 1 day onsite or monthly)

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Saas/Tech) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building trusted relationships with business leaders. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for a mix of non-Sales positions (Marketing, IT, Corporate, Client Success), balancing multiple requisitions at once while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders and global managers to understand hiring needs and design effective recruiting strategies
  • Manage a portfolio of 8–12 concurrent requisitions across multiple functions
  • Lead end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and ensuring a smooth candidate journey
  • Develop strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing of both active and passive talent
  • Create and maintain accurate job profiles and ensure consistent, well-defined hiring processes
  • Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders by leading strategy sessions and providing regular updates
  • Maintain ATS records and hiring data for reporting and compliance
  • Manage external agency relationships when needed
  • Champion the client’s mission and values in all candidate interactions

 

Candidate Profile

  • 6+ years of Sr Full Cycle Recruiting experience (agency and in-house)
  • 3+ yrs experience utilizing Linkedin recruiter; expertise in Boolean searches and building a pipeline in LinkedIn
  • Experience working for Saas/Tech company; supporting some managers globally
  • Must be very process orientated and accurate in reporting; experience to follow processes and procedures accordingly; maintain ATS records, hiring data for reporting and compliance.
  • Experience managing 8-18 reqs at one time, while supporting as many hiring managers at the same time
  • Requires strong passion for candidate experience; follow-ups, ensuring updates are provided to candidates; supporting and providing excellent customer service to candidates.
  • Experience recruiting for marketing, corporate, client success, IT and G&A roles. *Note: This role is not in the technical recruiter space.
  • Must have strong stakeholder management skills with a consultative ( not order taking, building stakeholder) solutions-driven approach
  • Experience meeting with hiring managers, intake calls, posting roles, negotiation offers etc
  • Experience selling the company to potential candidates
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems (Lever preferred) indeed, ZipRecruiter and other platforms for sourcing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
