The Senior Talent Partner will lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives across Greene King, focusing on proactive talent forecasting, internal mobility, and recruitment for professional and above-grade roles. This role involves strategic planning and specialist recruitment, aiming to align talent acquisition with the broader business goals and workforce planning needs.
Pub Operations will be accountable for business units nationally, partnering with key stakeholders across the business and recruiting within your geographical area for managed divisions and Pub Partners including critical roles and operational roles excluding core PLT vacancies.
The primary base at Burton or Bury, with potential for occasional travel to other sites as needed.
