About this position:

This Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be focused on recruiting leadership positions for our clinical operations in the Northeast. As such, this role requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and have a positive attitude when tackling even the most complex requisitions.   • Be regularly sought out by hiring managers and operations partners for expert advice on the hiring process.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in labor market data, market drivers, and competitive intelligence for supported areas.

  • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding interview tools and processes to ensure the identification of finalist candidates.

  • Consistently use innovative and creative sourcing methods to source both active and passive talent, staying up to date on the latest sourcing techniques and trends.

  • Deliver work that is recognized as a standard of excellence within the organization.

Education & Experience:

  • Five (5) or more years of proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in handling high volume and harder-to-fill roles

  • Experience in sourcing and hiring leadership positions

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (degree is highly preferred)

  • Strong understanding of labor market data, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies.

  • Experience using an enterprise-level applicant tracking system to track and report candidate and job statistics (we use Workday)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.

The Salary Range for the role is $82,000.00 - $121,000.00 per year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour

Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
