Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will report to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and be part of a dynamic and successful recruiting team that has doubled the size of HealthEdge in recent years. The TA team is a trusted business partner to our internal customers and will be expected to advise and guide managers through the full recruitment lifecycle. With a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience, the successful addition to our team will focus on a balance of what the organization needs and what a potential employee wants.
About Center of Excellence:
Centers of Excellence (COE) are teams whose primary goal is to provide expertise in a specific field. COEs will usually provide support through training, research, and skilled leaders. In the case of HealthEdge, our Centers of Excellence incorporate the Human Resources, IT, Legal and Financial fields, all of which provide support to our Product divisions and allows the enterprise to move forward and achieve its goals.
