Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Pay Details:

The annual base salary range for this position in California is $90,000 to $120,000 per year. The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic recruiting partner to assigned functions. This role leads full-cycle recruiting delivery for complex and high-impact roles and partners with leaders by providing market insight, talent availability data, and hiring recommendations to support workforce planning and hiring decisions. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner designs and drives proactive talent strategies that strengthen the organization’s long-term workforce capability and hiring effectiveness. ​​

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting delivery for complex, senior-level, and high-impact roles within established talent acquisition strategies

  • Partner with leaders to provide market insight, hiring recommendations, and talent availability data to support workforce planning and hiring priorities

  • Lead intake discussions focused on role impact, capabilities required, and long-term organizational needs

  • Design and execute proactive sourcing and pipeline strategies aligned to anticipated hiring needs and near- to mid-term business priorities

  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive dynamics to guide decision-making

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership on complex searches, offer negotiations, and candidate experience challenges

  • Ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality hiring practices across assigned areas

  • Influence hiring outcomes through data, assessment quality, and inclusive hiring practices

  • Partner with HR, Legal, and other core leaders to mitigate employment and labor law risk

  • Shares recruiting expertise and best practices with peers and may provide ad hoc mentoring or onboarding support

  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to processes, tools, and hiring programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience

  • 6–8+ years progressive recruiting experience, including demonstrated success in complex or senior-level hiring

  • Advanced recruiting expertise across corporate, operational, and specialized roles

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen

  • Strong communication and influencing capability

  • Deep knowledge of employment and labor laws and compliance requirements

  • Advanced sourcing, assessment, and closing skills

  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical capability

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder partnership skills

  • High level of judgment, discretion, and integrity

  • Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)

  • Proven ability to translate business needs into effective talent strategies

  • Ability to influence hiring outcomes and partner effectively across teams without direct authority
