Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator (London, UK - Hybrid)

If you are an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator looking for an opportunity to showcase your skills, then we would like to meet with you!

With a particular focus on the UK and Belgium, the Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide day-to-day coordination support to the Talent Acquisition department and assist with tasks related to recruitment and talent management. The primary responsibilities for this role include: the scheduling of Analyst and Associate events, candidate applicant tracking, scheduling candidate interviews, as well as providing support for various recruiting initiatives.

How You'll Help Our Team Succeed:

  • Provides calendar management including high volume scheduling and facilitating interviews.

  • Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing with candidates, hiring contacts, and staff.

  • Supports university campus and virtual events, marketing campaigns, cultivation efforts.

  • Prepares materials/presentations for university campus interviews and conferences; maintains event collateral.

  • Maintains positive relationships with campus career centers.

  • Manages the administration of the applicant tracking system and oversees applicant tracking/applicant flow processes.

  • Prepares candidate correspondence including interview confirmation details, interview follow-up and reimbursements, and offer letters as needed.

  • Maintains and enhances various recruiting reports. Provides reporting on recruiting operations.

  • Maintains job advertisements and postings.

  • Attends offer decision meetings.

  • Assists with in-office talent related duties – training, orientation, summer program, interviews.

  • Contributes to off-season projects and other ad hoc responsibilities.

  • Attends university campus events and conferences, when appropriate, to ensure successful execution of the event.

  • Coordinates information flow to other members of the Talent Acquisition team and the HR team.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

  • 3+ years of recruiting administration or similar experience, preferably in a professional services firm

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems required; experience with iCIMS a plus

  • Extensive experience with university graduate recruitment is a plus

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, particularly Excel

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and produce under tight deadlines

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proactive contributor, eager to learn, organized and process driven

  • Flexible and adaptable

  • Desire to work with a collaborative team and own their work

  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail and a proven ability to analyze and anticipate potential conflicts and resolve quickly

  • Secondary school education or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience
