Purpose
We are recruiting a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to be based at our offices in Calgary, Alberta on a hybrid work from home basis. We are looking for someone who can deliver high quality technical and professional candidates while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment selection process. This individual will perform full life cycle recruitment across a range of projects and portfolios and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders.
The primary purpose of the role is to ensure the organization has access to optimal talent profiles for the current and long-term business needs. Ā This is achieved by delivering proactive Talent Acquisition services that match resource supply with business demand and utilization of a Direct Sourcing approach to ensure best possible access to key talent across all hiring categories. Ā The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is accountable for the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process and its outcomes across the Canada region, and will deliver recruitment across all key hiring categories and worker types including contingent, graduate, executive and professional hires.
