This is a hybrid position and you will work two days a week in our Montreal office.
 

This is a full-time temporary position with a duration of 12 months.  


Your role 


If you're passionate about news and media communications and thrive on being constantly challenged and contributing to new initiatives, we want to meet you. 


You're the ideal candidate if you have in-depth experience in talent acquisition, especially in journalism and unionized environments, expertise in recruitment technologies and platforms, a strong commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field. 


The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing talent attraction strategies, supporting managers in their recruitment processes, and identifying and hiring diverse staff across Canada.


This is a hybrid position and you will work two days a week in our Montreal office.
