As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for the Revenue team, you will be the senior person in Talent Acquisition aligned to specific business groups. You will be the trusted advisor to Deel’s most senior leaders helping them hire top talent efficiently and effectively. This includes being responsible for overseeing global staffing strategy, resource planning, team management and hitting global KPIs. You will also be a key partner to the HR Business Partners aligned to the same business leaders and their teams.

Some things you’ll enjoy tackling:
- Partner with business leaders, Finance and HR Business partners to identify workforce plans for your assigned function or location. Develop the strategy to execute on those plans while understanding drivers and requirements.
- Provide subject matter expertise in recruitment to include market conditions and competitor analysis
- Design and execute large scale, strategic staffing initiatives in partnership with Executive Leadership and HR Business Partners
- Serve as a full lifecycle Recruiter on critical openings
- Mentor and coach a team of recruiters to ensure they have the support, resources and training they need to be successful
- Identify & implement creative recruiting and sourcing strategies to consistently attract top talent to Deel
- Ensure talent acquisition processes and procedures are designed, communicated, and consistently implemented across the organization
- Create aggressive goals and measure performance to track and communicate recruiting effectiveness throughout the organization
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of top talent

- 10+ years of experience recruiting for multiple disciplines
- 2+ years leading people within a Talent Acquisition function
- Prior experience developing and leading strategic staffing initiatives
- High tech and/or startup experience
- Strong experience with data and KPIs
- Creative thinker that can also be the tactical implementer of new programs.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and a fast paced environment.
- Highly accountable with a “can do” attitude.
- Proficient at developing strong relationships with business leaders and HR Business Partners
