Originally founded by two emergency room psychiatrists, Dr. Chris Carson and Dr. Robert Williamson, Connections Health Solutions brings 30 years of experience serving individuals in crisis and operates two of the nation’s largest and most studied crisis response centers and is currently expanding to more states.  Since opening our doors, we have provided care and treatment for hundreds of thousands of individuals in crisis.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

 

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, will lead the recruitment efforts at Connections Health Solutions, a rapidly growing organization. This role will focus on scaling recruitment strategies to meet the demands of a fast-growing healthcare company, particularly in the areas of behavioral health and health care.The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring innovative recruiting solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and diversity.

 

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies:
    • Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies to support the company's growth objectives as we grow and scale across the nation.
    • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make necessary adjustments. Analyze workforce needs and market trends to proactively address hiring demands.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with hiring managers, department, and facility leaders to understand current and future hiring needs.
    • Advise on talent acquisition best practices and market trends to ensure a competitive edge.
    • Partner with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with broader HR strategies and business goals.
    • Collaborate on workforce planning, talent management, and retention strategies.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
    • Implement new technologies and tools to streamline hiring activities.
  • Building Talent Pipelines:
    • Establish and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future needs through networking, partnerships, and innovative sourcing techniques.
    • Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
  • Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
    • Strengthen the company’s employer brand and promote a compelling employee value proposition.
    • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting:
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of talent acquisition strategies.
    • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on recruitment metrics and outcomes.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

 

  • Proven track record in healthcare recruitment, leading a team with a particular focus on high-volume recruitment and new market expansion.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources with 2 years of leadership experience
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines in an environment of constantly changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy. All successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, including showing proper documentation, or otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Company’s exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment

It would be great if you had:

 

  • 10 years of experience with 5 years of leadership experience
  • SHRM certification
