Description

Provides leadership and oversight to the Talent Acquisition group. Executes talent acquisition processes to meet hiring goals and serves as primary point of contact for hiring managers and candidates. Engages as thought partner with the business to understand talent needs, challenges and culture. Translates understanding into actionable strategies for identifying, assessing and hiring world-class talent. Ensures a positive candidate interviewing experience. Tracks search metrics and provides updates to hiring managers and the broader Talent Acquisition team. Proactively builds a diverse candidate pipeline and supports ongoing corporate diversity efforts. Work assignments may align with a specialized recruiting discipline, including, but not limited to university, executive, diversity or technical.



Responsibilities
  • Exercises global authority over talent acquisition and related programs and processes.
  • Ensures the company's talent acquisition initiatives and programs are aligned with and support achievement of strategic business objectives.
  • Influences and / or leads talent acquisition policy and program development in partnership with senior management.
  • Advises and consults with executive leadership on strategies for sourcing, recruiting and filling senior-level positions.
  • Owns, along with executive leadership, the design, analysis and implementation of strategic staffing plans, policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrates a deep knowledge and understanding of global recruitment practices.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Typically has 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Prior experience leading a global talent acquisition team and managing a global Recruitment Process Outsourcing function.
  • Strong aptitude for Analytics and Workforce Planning.
  • Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate will be in the Eastern time zone with a preference for North Canton, Ohio or Atlanta, Georgia.

Salary Range: $190,000-$220,000  Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant experience.  You may also be eligible to participate in a long term incentive plan and a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the plan and/or program, whereby an award, if any, may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
