Preferred (Education/Experience)
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Computer Science or related discipline or comparable combination of education and experience. Five (5) years experience as a systems analyst or related field in a complex computer environment. Knowledge and skills in software development, software maintenance, systems analysis, project management, staff supervision and staff development.

Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, HRIS and Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources – Talent Management Department. This newly created role is designed to support the district's strategic goals by integrating advanced HR technology with innovative talent acquisition practices. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker with a passion for data, recruitment, and continuous improvement.
HRIS Management:
-Serve as the lead administrator for the Frontline HRIS suite, ensuring optimal configuration, data integrity, and user support.
-Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
-Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
-Provide training and support to end-users across departments.
Talent Acquisition:
-Design and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract high-quality candidates for both educational and operational roles.
-Utilize data and market trends to inform sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
-Partner with hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
-Lead employer branding initiatives and outreach efforts to strengthen the district's talent pipeline.
