Reporting to our GM of Australia, this role gives you full ownership of the sales journey — from initial outreach to ongoing account growth. You'll craft tailored solutions for clients and drive meaningful outcomes that transform how they attract, recruit, and retain talent.
Beyond just closing deals, you’ll have the autonomy to carve out your own niche: building a client base across industries in both public and private sectors, throughout metro and regional Australia. It’s consultative, strategic, and packed with opportunity.
In your first year, success is all about momentum. This is an outbound sales environment where you're not waiting for leads — you're creating them. You'll be on the front foot, making calls, chasing opportunities, and building your portfolio. Over time, your hard work pays off as your role naturally shifts toward a stronger mix of account management and long-term partnerships. This is the perfect role for someone who wants to carve out their niche and reap the rewards that come with it.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
We're looking for junior up to mid-career candidates with at least a year of outbound sales experience and the confidence to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and account management. You’ll be comfortable working toward KPIs and using CRMs to stay organised, efficient, and data-driven. You’re the kind of person who’s naturally curious, results-focused, and excited by growth — yours and your clients’. You show grit, bounce back quickly, and love the chase.
