The Role: Build Relationships, Drive Growth

If you’re an experienced B2B Sales & Account Manager looking for an opportunity to nurture an existing book of business while driving new growth, this is your chance.

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive to engage recruitment decision-makers across small, medium, and large enterprises. You’ll take ownership of client relationships, acting as a trusted partner while expanding our reach.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Senior SAE, you’ll also act as the primary account manager, supported by a team of recruitment specialists to execute the strategies you sell.

  • Strengthen and expand client relationships, nurturing long-term partnerships
  • Engage with new prospects through strategic outreach and sales efforts
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand recruitment goals and recommend tailored solutions
  • Manage pricing discussions, overcome objections, and guide prospects through the sales process
  • Lead compelling software demos alongside product specialists
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive retention and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction
  • Mentor our new generation and future senior sales contingent
  • Be an integral part of sales strategy discussions
