POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing the full-cycle recruitment strategy to support both high-volume manufacturing operations and specialized professional functions across the Rosenbauer Organization. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent that meets the technical and cultural needs of a fast-paced production environment. The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the end-to-end candidate journey, from proactive sourcing and rigorous screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Ultimately, this position is critical in maintaining operational headcount and building the professional infrastructure necessary to support the company’s growth and manufacturing excellence.

(K) nowledge, Education, and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
SHRM certification or PHR certification preferred.
3+ years of experience working in recruitment required.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other methods (Indeed, local job boards, community outreach) for candidate sourcing required.
Experience working with HRIS systems required.
Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience working with Paycom preferred.

Language:
Able to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Able to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, vendors, and the general public.
Able to effectively communicate with tact and diplomacy at all times to develop relationships with internal and external contacts to provide excellent customer service and conflict management.
Able to follow written and verbal directions and communicate new information that could affect project trajectories.
Math:
Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Computer:
Able to perform simple tasks, such as creating an email and using basic commands. Use of Microsoft office suite (excel, word, etc.), and adobe for viewing prints.
Able to work within Paycom proficiently.
