POSITION OVERVIEW: Mariani Premier Group is seeking an experienced Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to support our network of companies in the Southeast. This position will be remote with occasional travel to the Loxahatchee, FL office. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for roles across our portfolio, which spans construction and landscaping services in high-end residential landscape. As a strategic partner, the Regional Talent Acquisition Partner will align hiring efforts with business goals, fostering a strong talent pipeline that supports operational excellence and company growth.

This position will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition for Mariani Premier Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and execute tailored recruiting strategies to attract skilled professionals across construction and landscape industries, including niche roles requiring specialized expertise.
  • Be a partner and support to the Regional President on Recruiting initiatives for the Southeast Region, to include supporting priority schools and campus initiatives.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for our Southeast Region, serving as the primary talent acquisition resource for companies under the Mariani Premier Group umbrella.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, leveraging a mix of traditional sourcing methods, partnerships with industry associations, and innovative recruitment tools.
  • Conduct candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and coordinating technical evaluations, as necessary.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop job profiles, and align hiring initiatives with company goals.
  • Facilitate offer negotiations, ensuring alignment with internal compensation policies and market trends.
  • Stay informed on trends and best practices in construction and landscaping recruiting, ensuring innovative and competitive hiring approaches.
  • Partner with HR to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process, including pre-employment requirements and first-day readiness.
  • Monitor and report on recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus in the construction or landscape industry.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regional workforce trends and recruiting networks in Southeast.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), with Workday Recruiter experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance standards related to hiring practices.
