YOUR OPPORTUNITY

YOUR MISSION

  • Lead regional (Asia Oceania Afrcia) Talent Acquisition (TA) operations ensuring SLA & KPI adherence
  • Standardize procedures and manage vendor performance
  • Support tech-driven process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal audit standards
  • Coach and manage regional TA Executives
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and Country HR teams

YOUR PROFILE

Level of Education and Language:

  • Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in French Language is a plus

Level of Experience and Skills:

  • 8–12 years in Talent Acquisition,
  • 2–3 years in HR Operations/shared services
  • 2-3 years at least as a team leader
  • Regional experience preferred
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and HR tech expertise
