We seek a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition and producing Manager to lead our efforts in recruiting top-tier IT, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence professionals. This hybrid role requires hands-on recruiting and strategic leadership, including building and managing a high-performing team of specialized recruiters. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in achieving recruitment goals while delivering top talent for our extensive client base, including local, state, and federal government entities and private and commercial clients.
Salary-based. Base compensation is $80,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and demonstrated success. We would prefer the Washinton, DC, area or Southern Florida. There could be periodic events or meetings when you must come into the office or travel to attend. For a superstar candidate, we will consider remote work outside of the DC or Southern Florida (Fort Myers to Miami) area.
